Bookings

All bookings are to be made online through SKB booking vis stripe, after purchasing your package and sending through your most suitable dates, times and or days SKB will be in touch within 24hours of your booking purchase to secure a preferred date, please have dates 2 weeks in advance.

Locked in dates will not be given unless booking package has been purchased and secured.

If bookings are not made via website/stipe SKB can invoice if preferred. Inv must be paid prior to looking in a secure date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We would appreciate a 72 hours cancelation period, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please email so that we may offer it to someone else. Once cancelled a date can then be rescheduled and or you will be credited to use within the near future.

Sessions cancelled with less than 72-hours notice will be up to 30% of the full session fee.

If you wish to cancel then please phone or email or text immediately.

Should we at SKB need to change & or re-schedule an appointment , this will only be exceptional circumstances and as much notice as possible.

Refunds

Packages purchased - Refunds-SKB does not issued refunds once purchases have been made, although we do credit if needed for future bookings.

Change of mind - If you have purchased a packaged and decide you want to change the package SKB is happy to do so. If the package you are changing to is less than, the remaining amount will go towards a credit.

 Clothing refunds-Receiving refunds for clothes and other items purchased whilst shopping in store is the responsibility of the client. As such any refund request should be made directly to the store.

Credit Policy

If you have been credited a package your credit will be vail up to 1 year from cancellation date.

Sessions Running Late

As your packages have allocated times and hours given, if you are running late please let SKB know asap via text. The time missed will not be added to your session time and the session will run as per arranged for session package.

If your stylist is running late to a session and has notified the client we are happy for that missed time to be made up on the day.

Gift Vouchers

Please note Gift Vouches can not be redeemed as cash or refunded.

Gift Voucher will be valid up to 3 years from the issue date.

Your Gift Voucher can only be used once and can not be reloaded ie the value can not be increased or added to).

We are happy to change your package if change of mind for a higher value and a new Gift Voucher will be resent with the original purchase date prior to change valid up to 3 years from original issue date.

Shopping destination

Please note all shopping centres must be within 30min from your home and preferred shopping centre given when booking or 72hours prior to booked session.

Shopping centres closer the better although we also like to shop at the centres we feel have a larger store variety.
